Had the absolute strangest conversation over the phone with a client at work… He told me a story about how he loves my style and that I pull it off in such a way he has begun to appreciate it..he then told me he saw a lesbian couple with partially shaved heads and colored hair at the store and although he usually would not like something like that, he took a picture and told his wife he strangely thought it was beautiful. He now has an appreciation for it….
And this is, in part, the reason I do the things I do..
Question everything..
Question what is beautiful.
Today, two little girls (maybe 6 and 11) asked to take pictures with me. I felt the same way! I love inspiring the younger kids to rebel against “normal” <3
